Plinko Double Wheel by Live22 uses a Plinko Board layout set aboard a pirate ship. The cartoonish scene shows wooden timbers, turbulent waves, dark storm clouds and flashes of lightning, with a skull-and-crossbones crest and ship wheel reinforcing the pirate theme; large golden-orange title lettering gives the screen an arcade-inspired appearance.
